Your spirit and enthusiasm have made the Balinese Gamelan music played by two to six players, starting from “Gender to Bale Ganjur” well accepted in your community. I trust in the next few years to come, your will have a complete “SEKEHE GONG HOLYYWOOD BOWL” and participating in the Balinese Art & Culture Festival yearly. Keep posting it.

They’re as good as …
They’re as good as any Indonesian. But I realise that authenticity is an issue in the marketplace. But not from this particular consumer. They got Kotekan down. Can play it in their sleep. They’re in’ and might even have something over many Indonesians about what facets of gamelan that westerners might enjoy more. Jaap Kunst would be proud.
