What is the Weather like in The Philippines in Late November? ?

I am going on vacation to the Philippines and Bali in Late November until early December. Have any ideas on what the weather is like?
I’d have to ask you what part of the world you live in to find out what kind of weather you are used to. As a European-American who has lived in this area for 10 years or so, I got used to the Philippine temperatures, and 22 (70F) seems a bit on the cool side (besides I live on top of a mountain where it’s cooler) soo… November/December should be the end of the rainy season (but typhoons still come), and temperature drops. At night you might have 18 (65F) and daytime around 28 (82-83F). Do bring an umbrella (or you can buy them cheap under $3 locally) and a light jacket. Most of the time will be shirt sleeve and shorts weather though (BUT do bring a set of light decent looking clothes. This place has a Victorian outlook and gov’t. offices won’t let you in with sandals and such).
Oh yes… You probably won’t have any temperature problems in Manila if you are in a hotel, but most places do not have any heat (BTW this goes for the cars… air but no heater) so again, if you are used to the night temperatures i mentioned, no prob. – there’s always a blanket. ☺

A bit rainy. A bit chilly very early in the morning. Night temperatures at 25 degrees, daytime around 30. In short, very nice if you’re from a cold climate. Bring an umbrella or buy one from a department store or convenience store. Pack your usual temperate-climate summer clothing. Bring sturdy shoes that can take muddy paths and puddles. Take note that the days will still be very hot and humid and the sun intense, though this is supposed to be the Philippine winter.
