Where in Bali can you get the fish foot spa?

Iam going to Bali very soon and have seen pictures of people having a foot spa in a kind of bath/pond that is full of small fish. Does anyone know where this is?

If you go to the discovery mall in kuta (its easy to find, in the centre of town) On the bottom floor is a little massage place up the back right next to that you can get the foot fish spa.

Bali – which sightseeing tour to see?

We will be travelling to Bali and have been offered the following tour options. Which one should we go for?

1. Full day True Life Village & volcano Tour
2.Full day Ubud – Tanah Lot Tour
3. Uluwatu Sunset Tour + Kechak dance
4. Full day Bedugul – Tanah Lot tour

I would prefer all four places, but in your case 2 or 3.

Hi, Just came back from Bali. Had a wonderful time, visited lots of places including volcanoes.

For a one week, it wouldn’t cost you much. I cannot precisely say this much but it depend on youe requirements. you can find hotels for about $40 a night which is not bad. If you need to compare prices with 5*+ hotel, google for Conrad Bali and check prices. you will find it is cheaper too. If you go to Nusa Dua you will find all 5 star hotels. That is the most expensive area in Bali.

In Bali, many things are cheaper for tourists. But they are expensive for Balinese people. for example, a water bottle may cost you $1. as there are no public transport you will have to rely on taxis all the time which would cost you quite a lot.

However, If you need contacts in Bali, I can give you contacts details of a person who owns private cottages in a WONDERFUL place near volcanoes right by a lake (This is where you enjoy privacy, trust me!). you can call this girl and get Information. Also I can give you my taxi driver’s telephone number too. he is very reliable guy.

The Melasti Hotel in Bali?

My Boyfriend and I are going to Bali in January 2010 and we are booked to stay in the Melasti Hotel which is in Legian. I was just wondering if anyone has stayed there before and could you tell me if it is suitable for a romantic getaway? We are in the standard room.

I have been to Bali a few times. I haven’t stayed in that hotel. But the area it is in is a crowded tourist area (kuta). If you wanted a romantic get away, id suggest somewhere more quiet like Ubud, or Lembongan Island. It depends on what you want.

Where would you recommend to stay in Kuta, Bali? with children?

Any suggestions for a couple with a young child. We have been to Bali many times but not with our son yet…

im a 15 yr old girl and stayed at the Dynasty its perfect for kids there was so many familys staying their with young children. It has a beautiful pool waterslide and kids club. The people that work their are very kind and deal with children well!
I would definately recommend this! It also is in walking distance of lots of shops and is in the central.
Me and my family have been twice to bali and stayed their twice!

Fiji = serious beach time. not many people, good fishing, surf, diving, not that much to see and do as far as temples and sights

Bali= serious beach time, great food, great sight seeing, good fishing, surf, diving. world class hotels and night life. you have your choice of crowds or solitude. one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Bali for me every time and I have been to both.
