We are due to go to Bali on honeymoon at the end of November – not Kuta – should we go?

Wow, sounds great! icon biggrin We are due to go to Bali on honeymoon at the end of November not Kuta should we go?
My suggestion is to stay at Ubud or Uluwatu area.
Because what you need is a ‘private’ area, nice ‘atmosphere’, unforgettable holiday and romantic hotel icon wink We are due to go to Bali on honeymoon at the end of November not Kuta should we go?

Actually there are many great hotels at Nusa Dua, but i think it won’t suit your honeymoon trip.

I won’t give u too much suggestions, for u may get confused of them. Just have a nice honeymoon holiday!

    That sounds lovely… Bali is a great place to go… It is not as scary as the media makes it to be. The hotels over there are gigantic! My reccommendation would be go to Nusa Dua , or Ubud (art area) . Hotels to check out, Ritz Carlton, Bvlgari (TOP NOTCH) , Conrad, Intercontinental (great hotel at great price) , boutique hotel such as kupu kupu barong . The people there are Hindu, they are so easy, not materialistic, and they don’t try to scam you.

    Just go & spent your honeymoon there.. Do not worry, about the threats..
    Been traveling frequently to Bali, all without any problems.. Just need to be sensible, that’s all.. Overall for the relaxation & enjoyment.. Personally would visit Bali.. Beaches & people are beautiful.. Literally..

  5. Dont goto Bali for your honey moom. Goto Lombok. You will ejoy your stay much much more and be hassled much less by touristy places.

  6. Great idea to go to Bali in November. We usually go there at that time and the weather is perfect. Don’t hesitate, just go for it! As everyone is saying, stay in Nusa Dua. We stayed at a nice, affordable 4 star hotel called Hotel Jayakarta, look it up. Enjoy your holiday!

  7. you will love see ubud, nusa dua or see karangasem legong or watch rangda dance. but if you want see more beautiful than bali you can go to lombok island. you can see kelimutu lakes. these 3 lakes can change the colour and many more

  8. End of Nov is a good time, because you’ll be getting the dry winds from Australia.
    Bali has different neighborhoods, depending what you’re looking for.
    Yes, Kuta is the most crowded & full of young tourists.
    Jimbaran has 5-star hotels that have private beaches, think Four Seasons & Inter-Continental.
    Ubud is NOT in Denpasar, takes about a 30-minute drive. Ubud is nice when you want a really quiet intimate environment. No beaches though, but you’ll be surrounded by green mountains.
    Seminyak is the artsy area full of quaint boutique hotels/villas. They don’t have direct access to the beach, but the beach is most likely within walking distance from the hotel or you can rent a bike.

    Yes, Lombok is a better alternative. Quieter, less tourists, and has pretty beaches too.

  9. yea, good choice, dont go to kuta. its PACKED with people. i would actually rather go to Lombok (sister island), there is a 1st come 1st serve type of airline. 25 minutes to go there. there is a beach called kuta in Lombok, and man, its gorgeous. ask your driver to go there, because its amazing.
