Can anybody recommend any good restaraunts in Bali?

February 25, 2010 - Posted in legian bali

Preferably near Legian/Seminyak that are good. Links would be appreciated, and also stuff to do in bali, like fun stuff

tough question. There are so many that you need to be a little more specific. However:
here are a few that I use.
The Indo National just between kuta and Legian has western fare and the coldest beer in town. It’s owned by a nice Aussie couple that are there every night and have lots of info about the area.
Poco Loco in Legian has good Mexican food.
Pizza, My favorite is The Pizza Club on Jl Laksmana in Seminyak
These are just everyday places that don’t cost a lot of money.

There are literally dozens of restaurants that cater to just about every nationality and price.
and you have fall backs Like Poppies that is one of the best and oldest western/balinese places around. on Poppies Gang 1 in Kuta.

Street food is usually excellent and just use your standard common sense for picking these,
Asia rules… lol If there are lots of people eating there, it means the food is fresh and good.
If no one is there stay away.
Good luck and if you want I will send along a Bali Cheat Sheet for you. Just email me. Its free and very helpful.
