Best Dutch course in Bali?

hallo everyone,
im staying in Bali (sanur) and want to learn dutch, do you know where should i take a course? (recommended)
if one of you read this and have advice, please let me know.
i’m appreciate your help….
i want to learn dutch from the basic, i knew some words and rules already but i want to be able to speak dutch fluently with correct grammar.
and i also do not want to follow a private course. i need some more friends.
