bali holiday advise needed?

I am wanting to go on a relaxing holiday out of kuta some where and have been told that Seminyak or or Ubud would be perfect. I am wanting to treat it like a cleansing, detoxing type of holiday, so healthy food, fresh juices, yoga mayb and all that detoxing type of stuff. Anyone know about these areas? Or can suggest anything else- thankyou

yeahh …. I know, but tomorrow at 16 March, is nyepi day at bali. where all the lights must be turned off and a lot of interesting diversity can you find there. be very reasonable reply is called paradise island of Bali.

Ubud is where a lot of people go to "get away from it all".
