Cheap Villa in for rent in Bali? (near Seminyak for 3-4 persons)?

I have stayed in Bali last year for 3 months – and me and a couple of friends are going back, but this time we want to stay in a villa in the Seminyak area. Does anyone know of some cheap, simple, but nice? We want to spend like maximum 25USD each, per night.
